wow chlorophyll!

so lately ive been taking papaya enzymes after i eat. they help with digestion and give you nice fruity breath. but, i was in a health food store on cortelyou road and saw some with added chlorophyll. they were on sale so i grabbed em. i always know chlorophyll as this thing i learned about in elementary school that makes the plants green, but after eating a handful of these enzymes wondered what they were doing for me. after a little research i found out that damn chlorophyll does all kinds of stuff. not only does it help with digestion, it cleanses the liver and colon and flushes toxins. it also helps with your beautiful complexion. its molecular structure is absolutely identical to hemoglobin except for the center atom. In hemoglobin this is iron, whereas in chlorophyll it is magnesium. this means that when ingested, chlorophyll actually helps to do the job of hemoglobin (hemoglobin is so vital to the health of our blood – in fact, blood is approx 75% hemoglobin). it helps to rebuild and replenish our red blood cells, boosting our energy and increasing our well being almost instantly. so its a blood nourisher, which makes the whole cleansing of the liver make so much more sense right? but wait theres more, on top of it being a sidekick to jumpstarting your blood health, digestive system, detoxifier and immune booster, its also an antioxidant. it has high levels of vitamin A, C, E, K, folic acid, iron and protein and has anti inflammatory properties.

and of course you can get your daily fill of it by ingesting green foods life broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, spinach and the like, but then you have to go get it and mess up your kitchen and stuff. having a supplement in your purse you can chew on whenever your needing it is sooo much easier. go try it our kids. i get the american health brand chewable papaya enzymes with chlorophyll, but im sure other brands are good too.
