MASSAGE REQUEST FORM FOR NEW JERSEY

Hi friends, thanks for your interest. I’ve just expanded my practice in NJ. I am taking appts at a beautiful space in South Orange launching in May. My introductory rates are $145 for one hour and $190 for one and a half hour so getting your massage in now will lock it in. Available appts Mondays, Thursdays and the occasional Saturday. A deposit will be needed since most clients are new. I will always have a 24hr cancellation policy.
